What are the minimum and maximum rental periods?

Most apartments are available from 1 week up to 12 months or longer. Weekly rentals (1 to 4 weeks) are great for first time visitors, monthly (1 to 11 months) for digital nomads and remote workers, and yearly leases for expats settling in Bali long term.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes, the vast majority of our apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready: bed, sofa, desk, kitchen equipment, AC, fast WiFi, towels and linens. Some yearly options can also be rented unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own things.

Which areas of Bali do you cover?

We have apartments in all the popular areas: Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Seminyak, Kuta, Jimbaran, Ubud, Sanur and Uluwatu. Tell us your priorities (beach, rice fields, surf, family, nightlife) and we suggest the best fit.

Are utilities and WiFi included in the price?

WiFi is almost always included. Electricity and water are sometimes included for monthly rentals (usually with a fair-use cap) and billed separately for yearly leases. We always tell you exactly what is included before you book.

1 Bedroom — The Most Popular Choice

A 1BR has a separate bedroom, full kitchen, and a real living area. 50-70 m² typically. From $650 / month in Canggu, $500 / month in Ubud.

Pick a 1BR if:

You want guests over for dinner sometimes
